Deep Breathing Meditation: 28 Breath Practice 🧘‍♀️🧘

1) Find a Quiet Space 🛋️: Choose a comfortable spot where you can sit or lie down without distractions.

2) Get Comfortable 😊: Sit with your back straight and shoulders relaxed, or lie down with your arms at your sides.

3) Close Your Eyes 😌: Gently close your eyes and take a moment to settle in.

4) Begin Breathing 🌬️:

 - Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of 4.

 - Hold your breath for a count of 7.

 - Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 8.

 - This counts as one breath.

5) Continue for 28 Breaths 🌟: Repeat the cycle 28 times. If you lose count, don't worry—just focus on the rhythm of your breath.
