📚   Identity Shift: Challenge your beliefs to reshape your identity and habits. We often hold onto the same beliefs, never questioning the why of what we do. Not updating your beliefs is like running an old version of a software, it can get outdated!


📚  Master the Habit Loop: Learn to identify cues, cravings, responses, and rewards to rewire your habits for success. Determine the cues that trigger certain behaviours you wish to add or remove from your daily routine. Identify the cravings that motivate you to take action and observe the automatic response you currently have.  The last step to habit creation is the reward system. If you wish to promote healthy habits, determine your reward; this can be checking off the to-do list, taking progress photos, journalling or any other specific healthy rewards you wish to implement to motivate yourself to maintain the positive habit.

💪 How can we break this habit? We want to look at each cue, craving and response, to understand which parts need changing. If we look at Cue, and Craving, neither is inherently an issue, but the 'solution' here is suboptimal, what steps can we take to change the 'solution' here? 🤔


🥗 Solution: Meal prep, give yourself the chance to dedicate some time to creating a 'batch' of food, enough to keep a tasty meal in your fridge throughout the week. 👩‍🍳
