It's time to indulge in traditional Christmas delights, but with a healthy twist! Let's create a feast that's not just scrumptious but also nourishes our body and soul. 🍒🎄
👩🍳 Appetizer: Baked Parmesan Zucchini Sticks 🥒
Ingredients: 4 zucchinis (cut into sticks), 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, 1 tsp garlic powder, olive oil, salt, pepper.
Instructions: Toss zucchini with oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
👩🍳 Appetizer: Cranberry Walnut Salad 🥗
Ingredients: Mixed greens, 1 cup cranberries (fresh or dried), 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, crumbled feta cheese, balsamic vinaigrette.
Instructions: Toss greens with cranberries, walnuts, and feta. Drizzle with vinaigrette.

Ingredients: 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed; 1/4 cup almond milk; 2 tbsp olive oil; 1 tsp cinnamon; salt.
Instructions: Boil sweet potatoes until tender, drain and return to the pot. Add almond milk, olive oil, cinnamon and salt. Mash until smooth and creamy.
👩🍳 Side Dish: Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon 🥓
Ingredients: 1 lb Brussels sprouts (halved), 4 strips turkey bacon (chopped), 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Instructions: Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Add bacon. Roast at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until caramelized.
👩🍳 Dessert: Apple Rhubarb Pie 🥓
Ingredients: 2 cups diced rhubarb, 2 cups sliced apples, 1/2 cup of maple syrup, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1 pre-made whole pie crust
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix rhubarb, apples, maple syrup, and nutmeg in a bowl. Pour mixture in the crust and bake for 45 minutes or until filling is bubbly and crust is golden.
👩🍳 Dessert: Poached Pears with Cinnamon and Vanilla 🍐
Ingredients: 4 ripe pears, peeled; 4 cups water; 1/2 cup honey; 2 cinnamon sticks; 1 vanilla pod.
Instructions: In a saucepan, combine water, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla. Add pears and simmer until tender. Serve warm or chilled.
