🤲 Welcome to this week's wellness challenge! Elevate your mornings with a revitalizing twist – indulge in effortless stretches to reset and invigorate your body and mind. Prep yourself for a spectacular day ahead! 🌻


1. Mindful Breathing: 🧎‍♀️

 🔆 Begin seated comfortably. Inhale deeply through your nose, filling your lungs, and exhale slowly. Repeat for 2-3 minutes to center your mind and body.


2. Full Body Stretch: 🙋‍♀️

 🔆 Lie flat on your back, extend your arms overhead, and point your toes. Inhale deeply, stretching your entire body. Exhale and relax. Repeat for 20 seconds. This helps wake up your muscles.


3. Apley's Scratch Stretch: 🙅‍♂️

🔆 Shoulder Twist:

Stand tall or sit comfortably.

a. Lift the right arm, bring it over the back of the head as if reaching over between your shoulder blades.

b. To enhance the exercise further, bring your left arm behind the low of your back, and reach up to meet your right arms hand between the shoulder blades. Aiming to make the finger-tips of each hand meet in the middle.

Hold for 15-30 seconds.

Switch sides.


🔆 Cross-Body Arm Hug:

Stand with feet apart.

Bring your right arm across your chest.

Hug it with your left arm.

Hold for 15-30 seconds.

Switch sides.


🔆 Gentle Trunk Turn:

Sit or stand comfortably.

Place hands on hips.

Turn your upper body to the right.

Hold for 15-30 seconds.

Repeat on the left.
