🪑 Sitting for prolonged periods can cause stiffness, discomfort, and a dip in productivity. Integrate desk exercises to promote circulation, ease muscle tension, and potentially elevate your energy levels. Movement is key to a healthy lifestyle, so let's dive into easy desk exercises to nurture your body throughout the day 💪


1) Seated Leg Lifts:  🦵

🔸 Sit upright with your feet flat on the floor

🔸 Lift one leg straight out in front, hold briefly, and lower it down

🔸 Repeat on the other leg


2) Shoulder Stretches:

🔸 Roll your shoulders forward first, in a circular motion

🔸 Next, roll your shoulders backward, in the same circular motion

🔸 On the end of the last step, squeeze between the shoulder blades and slowly pull the shoulders down while maintaining that tension


3) Wrist and Hand Flexors:

🔸 Extend your arm, palm facing down, and gently pull your fingers towards you with the opposite hand

🔸 Hold for 15 seconds and switch to the other hand
